Legal Structure

All responsibilities under labour legislation are fulfilled by Netbil at no extra cost to the Client.

Client can request all team members to sign an NDA with them. Netbil can also sign an NDA as a company.

Payment Terms

Payments are made on a monthly basis.

Intellectual Property

All IP rights for the custom developed software and any artifacts belong to the Client and are considered as products of work for hire.
